The Park at Moss Creek

These vacancies have rats living within the walls coming out and into the cabinets. I am very disgusted, and something needs to be done. No one in the office is helping and has gotten back with me about an exterminator. This is ridiculous!

I put a request in last year before management changed and I even put one in in January. Still no one has came to fix it. Then my heat went out and I put in that request the same time I put in the dishwasher request. Still no one has came. We have old appliances. Im so ready to move cause this is ridiculous. Its getting cold that request should be a priority. I saw the heating and cooling people out here just this morning.And even with the new staff they still have attitudes. But want to give someone a $100 charge for trash being on the balcony for not even one day. The paint is peeling. My cabinets are coming off the walls. Things Ive been put request in have not been done.

I have never complained about my unit but now it has gotten to a point where i have no choice . Only one toilet works on one side of the house , the lights on one side of the house flicker on and off throughout the day . Only one burner works on the stove , preventing me from cooking for my children . Some days no burner works at all . When too much power is being used , i am unable to wash and dry clothes . The kitchen sink is leaking . The air currently isnt working and the office does not care . One of the closets smells like mildew . I was told by leasing agent Keshun that transfers are not being done at the moment so i am not sure what to do . I am due to have a newborn next month and cannot live in these conditions. I am only requesting an apartment transfer

Unhappy and displeasing experience here. I pray that I NEVER have to live here again. VERY unprofessional staff and unfair prices for what you get.
