Went by on Thursday, March 25, 2021, and the store was closed and shuttered. Even the signage has been taken down.

Customer service is ridiculously sad.. The employees do not play a role in social distancing.. I been standing here for 39 minutes and it took 30 minutes for someone to acknowledge me.

Service is terrible, on 3/27/20 I called at 4:25 for the fax number. I was given the fax number...to get all the way there and their fax machine is down! Like what in the hell type of customer service is that! I hate it here!

I went to have posters printed. The guy was not courteous at all. Clearly he didn't know what he was doing and didn't have the common decency to say so. After waiting 25-30 minutes I asked him were they having any difficulties in getting it done. He mumbled something. Just close the store if that's the best you have to serve customers.

Hello, I want to express my sincerest appreciation to Kirstie, one of your associates in Store # 414 Robinson Rd, Jackson, Ms. On Saturday morning, June 13, 2020 I needed 100, 3-sheet 11 x 17 tabloid style programs printed for my mothers funeral at noon. The previous printer fell through and was not able to complete the job. Kirstie's knowledge, skills, and professionalism made an otherwise stressful situation successful. She guided me through the process, answered my questions, and even worked through various printer malfunctions calmly and professionally. As a service provider, you rarely know what a customer may be going through. Kirsties helpful and positive spirit helped get me through one of the toughest days of my life, the burial of my mother.
