I came here hoping to find a new dentist. My issues were some damaged teeth. I dont deal with conflict very well, so didnt say anything when they did a cleaning. Very glad the process was halted because I needed paperwork from my OB giving the go ahead for x-rays. The lady who did the cleaning was very nice but she hurt my gums and would let my mouth fill up with water to the point it was over flowing running down my neck. I left with the taste of blood in my mouth. Not only that, but the Dr suggested I get veneers instead of fillings. I was completely shaken by the entire experience. I would 100% recommend going elsewhere. I will be taking my business to Collinsvile Dental as I have heard great things about them.

Dentist and hygienist was nice and did a wonderful job. The office staff completely screwed up putting us with the only dentist that didn't take our insurance. Took a ton of phone calls and ME to do the math for them to fix the mess they created. A billing nightmare. (This was a few years ago). Called today to give them another chance and - THEY DON'T HAVE A DENTIST ?? What the what??? I call that a CLOSED dentist office.

This office took advantage of a family member of mine, telling him that he needed implants at a cost of well over $15,000. This is insane to me, pushing credit as a means to pay for something that is not needed is unethical. I wouldn't trust this office at all, find someone who won't rip you off.

Pattern of shady business practices. United Concordia allows for two free cleanings every 6 months. Last cleaning prior to October 2021 was greater than 6 months due to the pandemic, so there should have been no charge for the cleaning itself. I received a bill showing I owed $100.56. The statement shows a payment from my United Concordia. I refuse to be balanced billed due to the terms of the insurance contract not being upheld on behalf of the dentaI corporation. I contacted corporate and magically, it was just an oversight and told I do not have a balance once I questioned being balanced billed (recouping money from patients that should be wrote off). Also, I inquired about a payment from 2020 that I made because no one from corporate returned my calls from then in regards to being balanced billedand now magically, guess what, a refund will be issued. It pays to have an understanding of the details regarding your insurance terms and conditions. If you feel you are being balanced billed, contact your insurance company and inquire about the terms of their contract in regards to what your responsibility as a patient is as it relates to payment, percentages for services, etc. Especially, if you have United Concordia (insurance for military personnel).
