        I ordered flowers ahead of Valentine's Day for my daughter as I do every year and I try to use local businesses when I do. I like to support local businesses vs ordering from a company who isnt event in the state and usually FedEx the Flowers. The website for University Florist was easy to navigate and provided different options for size and cost. I wanted this to be a special bouquet as my daughter has been going through a rough patch and I wanted to show how much she means to me so, I opted for the most expensive option of a nice bouquet which was definitely larger as expected for the price. The bouquet was delivered in accordance to my selected date however, when the daughter sent me a photo of the bouquet, is was MUCH smaller then what I had thought I paid for. I immediately called the florist and spoke with Judy and explain my disappointment in the size of the flowers that I had purchased vs what was delivered. She apologized and ask me to call the week after Valentine's Day and she would have another arrangement delivered to try and make things right for me. Stay tuned and we will see if I increase the rating from 2 stars. UPDATE: Today Judy made right of the Valentines Day arrangement mistake and delivered a nice Easter bouquet to my daughter at their cost. Thank you Judy for making things right and going above and beyond to fix a wrong.

        I had a last minute Valentines Day arrangement to send but University Florists came through for me even though it arrived the next day, they did call and notify me of the delay as there are not many florists in Oxford, Ms. They were very nice and quite apologetic, though I did wait to the last minute. They did try but the arrangement was absolutely beautiful and did NOT look like a rush job at all. Very professional and I would definitely use them again and refer them to everybody.
