I've dealt with many banks over the years, but this location on Highway 11 by far has the friendliest people and the nicest people I've ever dealt with through banking. I'm deeply saddened to find out they're closing this location in October. Since I live in Carriere it will have to decide if I want to drive across town to do my banking or find another bank closer to my home. I'm not sure why they're closing this location every time I go through the drive-thru it's always packed and the lobby has several people in it. With Picayune growing very fast it's odd that Hancock Whitney chooses to close a location here when they only have two here.

Excellent customer service. Friendly service. Very informative and very helpful. This is the branch you actually want to stop in and deal with. The workers are excellent and very helpful. The bank is always extremely clean on the inside and the outside. They always have beautiful flowers and their landscaping is very nice. Don't pass up this bank. Stop here for all your breaking needs. You will not be disappointed.

Everyone is polite and helpful. Why is the branch phone number a secret? I had to input my access code, go through the whole menu just to find out if the lobby was open. Finally got a rep on the phone and her first question was my name.
