I recently stopped in to get information on F-150. Marcus on the sales staff was extremely friendly and provided me with all information I needed. Courtney and Jay in finance were extremely easy to work with and I put an order in for a new F-150 4x4!!! Overall the entire experience from beginning to end was excellent and I can not wait for my truck to arrive!!

After my car accident, Cannon of Ford of Starkville did whatever they could to make sure my repair process was as quick and smooth as possible. The night of the accident, Chris Keene and Payten Smith stayed after hours to ensure that I had a vehicle to use until I could obtain a rental. Mickey Edwards, Chase Hays, and everyone else in the body shop made the repair process easy and communicated updates with me often. Everyone at Cannon Motors treats their clients/customers like family and this location is no exception!

Ordered and purchased my new vehicle from this location. Great sales and service team, as always! Everyone is friendly and courteous, and not too pushy when it comes to sales. They are willing to work with you and try to meet your needs. Had a few minor hiccups that were quickly tended to, and so far the follow-up has been great. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this location, and the service has always been excellent and personal. Would highly recommend.

I really love this company. They are great about keeping you updated about your vehicle service. I really love how they respond quickly to my needs. My car had went dead and I didn't know really what was going on. I didnt know whether it was the battery or something electric under the hood going on but once I called them and told them what was going on, they had the tow truck at my house in less than 20 minutes to tow it to the shop. I love Starkville Ford Service. Great company and satisfying customer service. I will continue to use their service for my 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium.

Stopped by to check out Broncos last week, greeted immediately by Mrs. Rachael there. Usually not the biggest fan of salesmen However she turned out to be the best, kindest, and most knowledgeable sales person at a car dealership Ive ever dealt with! Will definitely be returning to see Mrs. Rachael as soon as I am ready to sign on a Bronco!! Cannot beat great customer service!
