        Recently I bought a used car from Dossett Big 4 and it turned out the car has a lot of hidden issues, such as leaking cylinder head, rear doors not locking, etc. I addressed this to my salesman Andy Stuart, and he said he will talk to the sales manager. The only answer I get then from Andy was a copy of my purchase contract... "as is - where is'... without any comments or conversation. It is sad to be treated in such an unprofessional way. Good businessmen would not hesitate to grab the phone and call the customer, even when it is sometimes uncomfortable. Unfortunately my experience here is zero stars for the sale and zero stars for customer communication.

        Got an amazing 2016 Buick LaCrosse from these guys. Adam Walker helped me out big time! Answered all my questions and went the distance to help get me in the car. Washed, shined, and a full tank of gas even! Highly recommend these guys, and especially Mr. Walker
