I'll give the employees 5 stars but then the owner happened... The staff is very helpful and kind. I loved my experience, until the owner opened his smart mouth. He should be thankful for his employees, if I had to deal with him every time I came, I'd never shop here.

One of the owners is extremely rude. When I had a question for him, he was immediately sarcastic and condescending, did not want to listen to a word I had to say that was directly related to the issue at hand. Will not use ever again.

Most helpful and kind employees and the best/healthiest plants around and such a rad variety as well. I show up sometimes 2-3 times a week for 2+ years now. Employees are always ready to help in anyway. Plus you always get your money's worth and then some. Love love love this place Also love their other employee/mascot/actual boss, Pepper! This kitty is soooo pretty. She's not a big fan of too many adults but ADORABLY OBSESSED AND IN LOVE WITH ALL KIDS! The most gentle loving encounters ever. My kids love her so much. Phillips will always be my number one. Feels good being there, lovely atmosphere
