This place sucks. Was suppose to be there this morning to have some work done to my car. Told me to be there this morning, got there a little before 8am and waited and waited and waited for someone to show up. Sign on the door said they opened at 8 but I sit there and kept trying to call the office and his cell phone and had no response, waited til 9:45 and nobody had still shown up so I finally left and went to another place. Thanks for wasting my whole morning!!! At least have the decency to call and say you can't make it in. Pi**ed as can be

I had a great experience at Back Bay. My water pump went out on Saturday night while traveling back to Florida. The owner came in on Sunday afternoon (everything is closed on Sunday) and repaired my car. He knows his stuff and was fair on price. I was stranded and needed to be home on Monday and he made it possible. Highly recommend!
