I love the place. Tenants and management are both very nice. The property is very well maintained and it's kinda like a hidden gem in Waveland. It has a laundry room for the tenants with a Coca-Cola machine. There's a nice little playground area for the kids to play on and there's a large pavilion in the back that's great for cook outs or gathering's. The whole property is surrounded by a gate and has video surveillance through out. The apartments are one and two bedroom, with one bath, living room and kitchen with dining area and countertops. Within one mile of everything from groceries, gas stations, tobacco stores, liquor store, Dollar general, Family Dollar, large selection of restaurants and fast food. Located across HWY 90 from The Knock Knock Lounge, only two miles from Waveland Beach and four miles from the Silver Slipper Casino. Perfect spot for someone that doesn't want to travel far from home. Almost everything is in walking distance.
