I called to have them come out to fix a broken pipe on my rental property three different times over a month and each time they said they showed up but never did. I couldn't even get them to give me a quote. The man I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude with me each time. Ended up going with a plumbing company in Slidell and had a great experience with extremely fair prices! It's too bad when you can't receive quality work and professionalism locally.

Called to come fix pipe under sink and they came 3 different times, each time saying it was fixed!! It wasnt!!! Mean while, the owner assured me that they was the best and their work is guaranteed. That was a Big understatement!! Will not be calling again!

When we remodeled our house on Nicholson Ave the first plumber we hired wouldnt come back and finish the job we paid for. Hancock plumbing did and they did an amazing job too. I recommend them to everyone in town needing quality work done on time.
