Lavinia Garden Apartments is a phenominal set of apartments. Extremely well kept due to Dan, the Maintenance Gentleman, who is personable, proficient at his job and keeps any problems taken care of as quickly as possible. Would reccomend to anyone looking in South County. Excellance for a reasonable price.

I had over $ 300.00 dollars worth of my clothes ruined because they do not maintain the cleaning of these machines. I check before I throw my clothes into the wash machines and the dryers. apparently there was someone's small chapstick left behind in a dryer that I did not see in there and it ruined all my clothes in the dryer. I emailed property manager who over see's Lavinia Gardens (Lauren who is with Iremco) the pictures proving my clothes were ruined and she said , the owner (who is Brook Dubman) said it was not their responsibility to maintain them, that it falls on coimach and coinmach says its their responsibility to maintain them that they only reimburse for torn clothes. Horrible service from a place I pay rent to live in. I certainly will not be renewing my lease with this property. To loose a tenant who they will be getting over $8,000 for a years lease for not paying to replace the damaged clothes, shows how petty this company and the owner truly are.
