Mr.B's is no longer open,they retired in October 2020. I didn't know until just recently at the end of February,I was hoping to buy a pool from there,but now I have to look else where.

We live 3 hours from this pool company but it is well worth the time and energy to buy from these fine people!

We bought a pool from Mr. BS in May. The salesman Joe was nice and told us which pool was the best. We bought that pool and we were told the pool would be fully installed by mid June at the latest, but that they were bringing Mark Haley out of retirement so it should be much sooner. This is where everything went terribly wrong. June rolls around and we have heard absolutely nothing from. MR. bS so we called to inquire. They were extremely rude and told us they were backed up and had no idea when the pool would be in. We went back and forth for the entire month trying to get answers, but we kept getting the run around. Finally the owner Mike told us that if we wanted a pool this year we would have to accept a different pool. One that Joe had told us was lower quality, plus it was only 52" deep instead of 54". At this point we were totally desperate and accepted, after demanding we get some money back. They refused and instead gave us some extra pool chemicals. Finally the pool arrives at the end of June. Their expert installer Mark Haley was a royal pain to work with for installation. He wouldn't respond to messages or phone calls about when he was going to install the pool. He would just show up and do a little here and there. Several times he had to leave, leaving a giant mess. After complaining to Mr. Bs, he finally installed the pool. And he did an absolutely terrible job. As soon as we turned the pump on, it backwashed about 100lbs of sand into the pool. He hadn't assembled the pump correctly. It took the rest of the summer to get the sand out of the pool, but that is just the beginning. After several of these "upsets" we had the pool up and running. Except we had no pool ladder. We had to purchase a temporary pool ladder just to use the damn pool. Within a week, rocks started popping up, pushing through the liner in spots. We called Mr BS and they said to bamg it down with a baseball bat. Obviously I refused so they sent Mark out, who used our bat to bang the rocks down. Which we know is only a temporary fix as the rocks will just keep popping back up. To put the topper on the cake, the pool is not level, not even close. The water sits about an inch higher on one side of the pool than the other. And what does Mr. BS do about it? Absolutely nothing. We also didn't receive our pool liner and pillow until recently. We had to just go up and demand it. Beware of Mr BS and Mark Haley. This place is a total joke and will love ripping you off
