Farmers Insurance - Elizabeth Lavoise

I've had just about every insurance company there is, including some I think were probably not even in this country, but one thing for sure is now that I have come across this office of Farmers, I will no longer bother to entertain shopping around. The most important reason is the office manager, Christina. Quite simply put, professional, quick and always able to handle any questions and issues that come about. If for any reason she doesn't have an answer when you call which is highly rare, she makes sure to return your call with what you need. I have all my vehicles insured with Farmers and its all because if the customer service of Christina. Thank you for all you do!

My entire family is with thus agent. We have homes, autos and several life policies. We have always had excellent service. I wouldn't go any where else. Elizabeth always explains everything in a way we can understand. Her staff is the best, friendly, prompt and courteous. I highly recommend this agency.

We were with this agent for a while. Worst agent that we have had. They don't keep regular hours. We NEVER got our insurance cards. Elizabeth is very rude. I went in there to turn in a roadside assistance receipt and she started to yell at me!!!!
