This company is a scam. Grant who is supposed to be the agent is unprofessional. He basically denied me for a property before I even had the chance to apply because I have a service animal. He advised he needs all this information but for the service animal I have that is not a requirement. It is illegal to deny anyone for having a service animal. He will be hearing from my attorney for discrimination.

My sisters and I sold the Florissant home my family owned for 60+ years to Mark and Grant Wimmer of Premier Residential Properties. They were so kind to us during this process and very professional. We wanted to amend our signed agreement to keep the washer and dryer and not only did they accommodate our request, they even got movers to take them from the basement to new locations. They really went above and beyond what was expected. We were able to observe the rehab process and were impressed with how fast they were able to redo the kitchen, baths, hardwood floors and landscaping. Premier Residential Properties made me an excellent offer on my father's condo that we needed to sell after my Dad died. The closing was easy, and the owners of the company did everything they said they would. Our sale was a breeze, we are happy customers. I would recommend Grant and Mark Zimmer to anybody (these brothers are the owners). Very pleasant to deal with.

My wife and I needed to sell my mother’s house in Florissant. Although the house was in good shape, it was about 55 years old with minimal updates over that time. We decided to look into selling the house as-is. From the mailings my mother often received, we selected three companies with A+ Better Business ratings – Premier Residential Properties was one of them. We also had a positive and professional initial impression of their marketing materials. Our initial impression proved to be accurate throughout the process. Mark and Grant showed up on time and walked through the house with us, asking knowledgeable, appropriate questions and honestly sharing their opinions of the house. They made us a fair and very competitive offer compared to the other companies so we decided to move forward with them. The rest of the process went off without a hitch through final negotiation, working with the title company and closing. It was a pleasure doing business with Mark and Grant, and we would gladly refer Premier to others.
