Poor service and experience. Property Claim damage took 4 months to be resolve. Unresponsive to mutiple calls and numerous emails to claims adjuster and agent's office. Required escalations to move the dial on the claim. Adjuster indicated understaff and lacked resources to handle claims loads. Agent didnt submit documentation for discount review when it was confirmed via email & stated underwriters review would take up to 30 days for underwriter to review. Statefarm nor agent missing correct or missing documentation when the claim adjuster had confirmed had all the documents and forwarded to the agent to submit for discounts. Requested several updates directly from agent for status after 45 days was advised office or agent never submitted to underwriters as led to believe in the emails. Office scrambled needed to contact my contractor who was out of the country when they realized didnt have the documents after 45 have passed. Located the discount information on Google in a few minutes the roof shingle does qualify Starefarm discount on thier website by manufacturer and class rating and didnt take 30 days. Ongoing and 2 months + pending. Still have not heard back from agent. Overall disappointment and gaps as you will only hear from claims dept. manager if submitted a poor survey but not during the claims process.

Got a competitive quote from State Farm in the mail. But when I called for a more formal quote, they wouldn't cover 1 of my cars because it's a Kia, even though it has the Immobilizer. Other insurance agents are covering Kias/Hyundais. Don't use this Agency! UPDATE: If State Farm was not going to cover my Kia, why did you send me a detailed quote in October, 2023 which includes the Kia?

We switched our insurance thinking we were saving money. Then when our boat policy was issued, the premium was almost double. I was told it was entered wrong as a runabout in lieu of a bass boat. When they corrected it, the price was more. However, all of our back-and-forth email correspondence clearly shows bass boat - they are the ones who entered it wrong into their underwriting system. Therefore, the mistake is on them not me. Susan and team made no effort to rectify the mistake. This was their error; she should have given up some of the commission she earned to compensate for the mistake, but that didn't happen. We were forced to pay the extra premium to keep our coverage. Our house insurance turned out to be higher as well. Makes you wonder how often they do this to reel you in. I do not recommend using this agent.
