I decided to go see the Roto Rooter office located at "15459 Clayton Rd." Drove to the address, and lo and behold, there was no Roto Rooter located at this location (picture included beside the vacant office space). It turns out the central office, which is located in Bridgeton up by Cabela's, buys vacant office space around the St. Louis area and advertises as though it is local to the customer, when in fact Roto Rooter only has 1 location. This causes great harm to the local businesses in St. Louis who are in the same industry as Roto Rooter. I have referred this to Google's corporate office and have filed an official dispute with them to review this, as it looks as though Roto Rooter corporate (not to be confused with local franchisees), which St. Louis is a part of - corporate Roto Rooter out of Cincinnati, does this on a national basis, thereby violating the spirit of local ads from Google. I would urge anyone and everyone to contact Google about this violation and have Roto Rooter's locations limited to one spot, up near Cabela's in the old outlet malls, as opposed to having 8 or more locations around the metro region.
