        Kyle came out and looked at my project, took my deposit check and assured me he would have a full ridden report back to me in a couple days. Well after 30 days passed and gettin the run around and lied to several times (Ill have it in a couple days), a report was never produced so I had to threaten legal against then to get my money back. Useless company that wasted my time!!!

        Very poor experience. No communication. Kyle Hardy had canceled our meeting that had multiple parties involved less than an hour before we were supposed to meet. The requested inspection was part of a contract deadline, and the unprofessionalism here caused a lot of issues.

In this case, one of our staff engineers (not Kyle) performed this inspection and promised to deliver your report on time and did not follow through. We have resolved this internally to ensure better service going forward. Additionally, we provided your refund back in December as requested. Threatening legal action was not necessary as we always offer a money back guarantee to unsatisfied customers. Kyle

      Justin,We are sorry to hear about your disappointment in our services. As we explained, the requested scope of work was outside of our area of engineering expertise. We understand that you were unable to find a different inspector and asked for us to still complete the inspection after we had already declined the work.However, we cannot (and will not) provide professional opinions on matters that we do not have expert knowledge and/or could pose a life/safety risk for our clients.We sincerely apologize for the frustration, but we have a responsibility to our clients to provide fair and accurate professional opinions and recommendations, and if unable to do so, we must decline the work.Regards,Criterium-Hardy Engineers
