Amazing experience! I did the thing I always say I won't do and once again waited until the last moment to file my taxes. This is our second year using McCoy Accounting and we are beyond pleased with their service. After having our former tax preparer incorrectly file our returns (twice), Amy stepped up and supported us through the back-and-forth communication with the IRS and filed an amended return in the midst of tax season. I was looking for someone who could straighten out my mess with taxes for years. Not only did Amy do an excellent job but she went beyond what I expected. We needed help with our taxes and McCoy Accounting was fantastic. We originally went there needing help with this years taxes, the process was super easy and convenient. Amy and Bob were fantastic. Bob even looked back at our previous return (his expertise made him want to dig deeper since it looked a bit off to him) and spent the extra time reviewing it - he actually found an error when we did the taxes on our own and got us squared away with an amended tax return - now we are getting a couple thousand back that we never would have known we were owed. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for superb customer service, convenience and expert accounting services.
