Staff were very accommodating and friendly.
I left a hoodie behind by accident but did not notice for over a week. When I called them they had it in their lost and found and shipped it to me!

Room needed maintenance. Loose tile in bathroom broken lamp. Advised the front desk. The front desk was friendly and helped with menus from nearby restaurants.

The room was overall clean, but when we were getting our stuff out from under the couch, we found toy cars and a cork from a champagne bottle under the dust ruffle that was not ours. so they didnt vacuum very well or they would have seen it.
What I did love was the breakfast in the morning was amazing and different every single day. The pool was super warm. In fact, it was possibly warmer than the hot tub.
They have a fire pit near the basketball court, so you could watch your kids while sitting around the fire, having a drink or eating at one of the many tables by the grill.
Food & drinks: they have a breakfast buffet that is massive every morning!

Every year I go here for a week. This year was the best! New manager, with a staff that has a goal to make guest feel welcome, with a friendly and positive attitude. I salute Betty, the breakfast gure who has fresh, delicious and various selections. Ummm.
Housekeeping staff when they ask if they could do anything to enhance your room. When I was ready to leave, I got a hug, then a we will miss you by the staff. It was a keystone to a great vacation. Besides the great facility, the shows and attractions are within 10 minutes.
I am a Marriott Vacation member. I will stay at this location rather than the Marriott Resort there. The staff there made my vacation a memorable one.

This is the best!! Bonnie and Kathy at the front desk were so cheery and friendly and helpful! Great breakfast, clean and comfy. I'm coming back just to visit. Great experience!
