Not bad not great in my opinion! I have stayed at a few hotels from this chain in other states & was impressed. I assumed it was going just as good as the others so I wish the consistency was there. My main issue was the cleaning job was definitely done quickly and the bed was very hard which Im not used to, so for me was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay. Normal hotel breakfast, I will give brownie points for them having a mini kitchen in the room cause then I made my own breakfast which was preferred.

We paid a pretty penny for this stay and didnt receive housekeeping once during our 5 day stay, despite asking at the front desk 3 days in a row. I shouldnt have to empty my garbage and refill toilet paper and dish washing supplies at the front desk when on vacation. Further, the pool heater was out of order which meant it was so cold that my 4 year olds teeth were chattering and he refused to swim after the first night. The pool was the main reason we chose this hotel over the Spring Hill suites next door that was 25 dollars a night cheaper. Definately did not receive the value for the price paid. The only redeeming quality for us was the location which was very convenient for our activities and thats the only reason this isnt a 1 star stay. Will be reaching out to Marriott and the property via email to request compensation for the poor stay.

My husband and I travel back and forth across the country every year leaving the grey winter skies of New York for the perpetual sun of my home state of Arizona. In December, we stayed at this TownePlace Suites location, and were helped by a lovely and kind front desk agent named Lans. We stayed there one night in a 1-bedroom suite which was comfortable and quiet. Access to the location was easy and the room was clean, quiet and restful, which was much appreciated given we were at the end of the first day of a two-night, three-day trek. On our return trip over the recent Easter weekend at the end of March, we chose to stay at this location again given our previous positive experience. As soon as I walked into the lobby I recognized the attentive young man, Lans, who had helped us back in December. Lans was equally helpful on this visit and when asked, suggested a couple of local restaurants he though were particularly good. He was right too! We ordered from Salt + Smoke, based on Lans' recommendation, and it was 100% delicious. For those who are focused on things like the hotel having a pool, while we did not use the pool, it looked clean and there were a number of families with small children who seemed to be having a ball in that area. There is also a full self-service breakfast which includes a lot of items (waffles, grits, eggs, sausage, an array for breads and pasties, juices, coffee, and on and on). We had a quick bite of the breakfast which is a very straight-forward offering. This is not fancy but would be great for families with kids or for anyone looking to grab something quick and get on the road; worked perfect for us in this case. We will very likely be back again to this location in the future and would recommend it as a convenient and welcoming location to stay.
