Terrible shop! They say they did a prebuy/basic annual inspection and missed very basic things. I asked for reimbursement of the missed repairs (around $600). The owner Cory wouldn't refund a dime even though he and his shop manager Donald acknowledge that things were missed and they don't even have a checklist of what was done. He said to fly the plane from AZ back to Missouri and they'll look at it - obviously not a realistic solution. This place is a joke and they refuse to stand behind their work. Their employee JJ that says he did all the work I just found out isn't even an A&P! UPDATE: #1 -I talked to JJ today. He said I got everything done that is inspected on an annual as shown on the Piper annual inspection checklist and that your prebuy is as thorough as an annual #2 I would love to see the records that you claim to have. I never received anything from you other than an invoice. #3, I never talked to anyone from this shop other than JJ who claims to be an A&P (I have call recordings to prove this). Your shop manager said quote "JJ isn't an A&P - he's a liar - I wouldn't believe a word that comes out of that kids mouth"...yet im supposed to have confidence that JJ did everything he says he did?? #3 - Please show me where I signed off on this list of stuff- you can't. The only thing JJ told me about was the exhaust leak. Today when I talked with Donald was the first time any other issues were disclosed. Maybe you gave that info to the seller - but I was your customer - not him; I paid for the inspection- not him. I never talked to any of your employees in person. The only person I've ever spoken with is "liar JJ" and that was all over phone/text. The only email/document I received was an invoice. This place is unbelievably dishonest!
