TERRIBLE customer service. I called numerous times and left many messages requesting a call back because we were moving and wanted to set up an end date. The lady called back and said she was on vacation and "nobody else" had access to her stuff. She wouldn't let me close our sewer account until she had the new homeowners name. I didn't feel it acceptable to set up a bill in someone else's name. So she refused to do anything. This morning I called to see if the new homeowner had called and she said yes. I asked for a date it was turned off and she said "I don't know, I don't have that program open". I asked her to open it so I could know when it was done. She got very snotty with me and at the end of the call, she hung up on me. I called back and told her I didn't appreciate the attitude and she said "well, I gave you attitude because I'm busy and you were giving me attitude". I explained that I understood she was busy but thats no way to talk to a customer. She said "when I say something was done, that means I did it". I said I wanted to know the date so I knew for sure it was done because I don't just go by peoples word and that people lie. She continued to argue and be hateful and said that I sound like i assume people lie to me and hung up on me again. I called back and asked for her manager, and she hung up. I called back and the manager answered and I explained the situation. Manager (Patty) said the woman said I hung up on her all those times which is not true. Patty said she would "address the situation". I very much doubt this will happen. I don't know the woman's name, as she never said it, and always just answered "accrit accounting" (I know business name is Accurate Accounting, but that is how she pronounced it. So if you ever call and a woman answers that way, good luck.

Staff is very unfriendly and unflexible when dealing with customers. Each encounter I have had with this office has been unpleasant.
