KDC AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE AND REPAIR

I called got an answering machine, didn't leave a message. A guy calls back with an attitude, asked what do I need. I told him I wanted a quote on a valve cover gasket, he ask if I wanted both sides done, wasn't sure what he meant. I again told him I want the gasket replaced. He said I'm just going to be blunt, you don't know if you needed replaced or not, I said I'm pretty sure that is what it is. He said it's your diagnosis so if it's that or not I'm paying for it. I told him where not there yet I just want a quote for now. He said I'm letting you know if where there or not that's what it is, I told him no thanks & hung up. This was absolutely thee worst initial interaction I've ever had with anyone in regards to any type of business. SMH.. RIDICULOUS!

KDC automotive did an excellent job in replacing the engine in my son's car. They provided quality workmanship and the vehicle was repaired quickly in less than one week. The price was fair. I highly recommend this shop to take care of your vehicle repair needs. I'll be using them again for vehicle maintenance in the future.
