Horrible management. Anyone should steer of this place; patients and employees. The management does not care about their employees. High turnover rate. Specially Diane is very prejudice. She follows you around the office harassing you and further makes up false narratives about your worth ethic and much more. I would not trust them with prioritizing patient care nor managing employees.

HORRIBLE DENTAL WORK. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was told by Dr. Whitaker that a tooth was cracked. He suggested filling to prevent damage. I wasn't having any sensitivity prior to the filling he placed too close to the root. Causing severe pain & sensitivity. I then had a root canal & have been waiting almost six weeks for a crown replacement. The temporary crown was placed by an assistant. It fell out & the receptionist told me there were no appointments avaliable and to keep my mouth clean. I paid for half of the amount owed and have already recieved a bill for the remaining balance without the work being completed. No calls from Three Rivers & the crown has NOT been replaced

I come to Three Rivers Dental in December 2023 when my entire dentition was in an acute state of impoverishment. I was suffering from high fevers due to severe inflammation and on top of that I had a panic fear of dentist since childhood. I found out how lucky I was to be assigned to Dr. Whitaker after my second visit. A completely professional, dynamic, young energetic and empathetic human dentist. He chose the perfect time frame with progressive professionalism and repaired my entire dentition to my satisfaction in a few pleasant visits. My fear of dentist has dissipated like steam over a pot after forty years thanks to Dr. Whitaker. On top of that, he recommended a gum specialist, and I dont think every dentist is that consistent. Dr. Whitaker was not only consistent, but a true professional who has humanity and understanding with the patients. The empathy with which Dr. Whitaker approaches patients and at the same time, I consider the work Dr. Whitaker does as a dentist to be a professional dental symphony. Three Rivers Dental can be rightly proud to have such an extraordinary professional on the team like Dr. Whitaker is. And I wish him from bottom of my heart that his work continues to fulfill and entertain him and bring many satisfying patients because what he does is just amazing and unforgettable.
