      image Awesome service and completed the project with no issues. I need a garbage disposal installed and called them in the morning. They had someone to my place in 30 mins! Their employee was very friendly and knowledgeable, would gladly have him back to do more work in the future.

      image As a single woman who knows nothing about plumbing issues I had a backup happen on a Friday morning. I called Brandon at Duopro and he squeezed me in and had a technician out here with in a couple of hours. Fred was the technician that came to the house and he did an amazing job! He was not only efficient, but his personality made the whole situation easy and lighthearted. He was also able to make me laugh at this situation, while also being determined to get the clog cleared. I would recommend them to anyone who has any plumbing needs.

      image Absolutely appalling experience with DuoPro Plumbing! In the summer of 2022, during the purchase of my home in the Kansas City metro while living out of state, I engaged an inspection company for a thorough evaluation, which included a sewer scope. this inspection company contacted DuoPro, a company I had never even heard of nor would have chosen, especially while being out of state. Fast forward to 2024, and DuoPro has the audacity to come at me for a bill, threatening legal action, without even providing a signed invoice! The unprofessionalism is staggering, and the owner, Brandon, epitomizes rudeness and arrogance. Save yourself the agony and steer clear of this abysmal excuse for a plumbing company. If I could give zero stars, I would.

      Katelyn, I am sorry you feel this way about this transaction. We sent the invoice multiple times, and fortunately for our record keeping purposes, Quickbooks shows a time stamped record of everytime the invoice was sent by our company and everytime it is opened/viewed by the recipient, which was your email. Additionally, discussions with your realtor also confirmed that we were hired by you and your contracted realestate team to conduct the sewer line inspection to assist you in the transaction of your home purchase, not an inspection company as you stated. We hope that all 102 feet of your sewer line is operating as it appeared in the video inspection findings we emailed you and other requested parties to complete your purchase transaction.
