Just wanted to thank josh the HVAC maintenance man for getting our heat back on .he was very professional and was thoughtful to let me know what was going on with it .I was also happy with not having to wait for it to be fixed as in the past with the previous HVAC maintenance tech .thank you Josh

Blower has went out three times within a year they are old as the building needs to be replaced.

This is the worst place I have ever had the misfortune of having to live in. When my fianc and I first moved in they didnt tell us about the bugs and the homeless man that trashed a vacant unit until after we signed the lease. We signed in April 2023 and we called the night before to let them know we would be at the office when they opened to sign the lease, we showed up at 9am and we were told our unit hadnt been cleaned and that the leasing agents had to clean it, we didnt get a call back to sign the lease until 4:30pm. The unit just wasnt ready to be leased out, our first full day in our unit we were told they had to resurface our bathroom and couldnt be in the unit for 48 hours and we had to stay at my mother in laws. The sockets in the living room werent working and after pressing the office multiple times and threatening to hire my own electrician they sent one who said they had all been wired backwards. On our fourth day the A/C broke and one of the leasing agents didnt believe me, and it was 85 degrees inside and took my fianc talking to them to get it fixed. They lost multiple money orders which we had to provide the receipts for as they didnt believe we had paid, and were hard to get ahold of. Finally all the leasing agents were all replaced, and it still was hard to get ahold of someone but Ms/Mrs. Jessica was professional and actually knew what she was doing, and the other leasing agents were very nice. But our ceiling began to leak in multiple areas and we lived on the top floor and as of right now it was still leaking when we turned our keys in and I had contacted maintenance as soon as it started in October and I never heard anything back from them just the office. We worked the morning shift and so we had no idea if anyone had come and Id call as soon as I got home and 9 times out of 10 maintenance had not come the one time my fianc talked to maintenance they said there was hole in the roof and they werent qualified to fix it. And oddly enough the bedroom and living room didnt have light fixtures but the hallway had three and the dining room had one. We finally got fed up with the leaky ceiling that was constantly drying and then getting wet and repeat and the bugs that we broke our lease early. Knollwood is not some nice living community, Knollwood is a place you go to when you dont have a lot of money and need cheap rent and they give you a dirty and cheap unit.

It took 3 weeks to get approved put a deposit down was not able to tour before I paid deposit which was non refundable on to be renting a no so great apartment was rude cause I told them about the issues
