        This place is very old and infested with roaches. However, it has a reasonable price. The management will work against you, they are not very good about maintenance; they would rather you fix things on your own.

        Their letting this place go to pure crap. All the drains for the parking lot are filled with sand and debris and water leaks into all the garages. (Smells like mold bad). Hallways look like they havent been vaccummed or cleaned in years. Appearance sucks, maintenance sucks, everything sucks here period
