My husband used this shop to deliver flowers to me during my birthday week! They were the only shop willing to do what he wanted, delivery each day of the week to my office, it was wonderful. The flower arrangements were beautiful and different each day. Will be using them for all our future needs. Thanks for helping my celebration a topic of conversation.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister on Saturday. I live in Boston and thought that contacting a local florist would guarantee what I ordered to be what was delivered. My sister sent me a picture of what was delivered. What was delivered was HALF the value of what I ordered and paid for. I will NEVER user the House of Flowers again. I want a full refund for the dishonestly!!

Didn't deliver my flowers for my girlfriends big night. Said it was a computer problem. Refunded my order and sent them the next day. But I still was the guy who didn't send anything for the big night.
