They lied and scammed a terminal cancer patient. They didn't provide call backs like they said, they didn't file paperwork in a timely manor. One employee told us that the other employee has had issues doing her job. They set up a plan that cost her more than just paying out of pocket. I would have given less than a star if it was possible. I would not use this company even if it were the only one in the world.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! The current health insurance landscape is normally a confusing, chaotic, custard-fluck, but they were able to help me navigate through it with ease! They were always there to answer any questions, and I couldn't recommend them any more! Thank you again to Lela and Laura!
