Staff is very nice got my teeth cleaned got plan together for getting parcel and they got my teeth scanning 3D done they explained the process I have never been comfortable going to the Dentist ever

Very professional, and friendly. Highly recommended but make your appointment early. There is only one dentist so it may take a while to get I.

My wife called for emergency service _during business hours_ for a broken tooth. She was stonewalled and had to go to urgent care for general antibiotics instead of getting prescribed dental-specific antibiotics, which is the job of the dentist to provide. She then had an allergic reaction to the general antibiotics. Meanwhile, the dentist continued to stonewall her. Long story short, she didn't get the issue resolved for over 2 months when it should have taken no more than a week for a competent dentist. Leading up to this, we repeatedly had the dentist confirm appointments only for us to drive all the way in and have them act like the appointment never existed. They also don't respond to phone calls and voicemails. They used to do a good job, and we tried to be patient with them, but it's obvious they have a major issue with their staffing and customer service that isn't going away. There are plenty of other options, so thankfully we don't have to deal with them any longer.

Yesterday was my first time visiting this dental office. I think most people can relate that the dentist can be scary especially when you haven't been in 10+ years like me. My experience was amazing from start to finish. The receptionist was very informative, professional, and up front regarding possible delays that I might experience. Upon arrival I was welcomed like I have been going there for years. The staff was very gentle, informative, and caring. I even had a cry while in the chair due to being embarrassed on the condition of my teeth. I was impressed on how everyone made me feel at ease and helped me fully understand what care plan I needed to correct all the damage I have with my teeth. Even after my appointment was completed, the assistant advised me to call her anytime with questions or concerned. This office has such pride on how they run their business. This experience was truly of breath of fresh air and I will certainly recommend to anyone I know. Thank you to your team for being amazing.
