My daughter has not been here even a month and has not received good care. She was admitted them knowing she just had a miscarriage. She was sent to the hospital for high blood pressure and the hospital set her up an appointment for a DNC...they didn't take her to her appointment. So I informed them of this because when she says anything to them they say she is crazy. She was taken but not for a DNC...this still has not taken place...meds keep disappearing...if the residents complain to family and the family calls the facility the residents get in trouble and are treated badly.

This organization is riddled with fraud. They do not pay their vendors and refuse to even return phone calls to the companies that provide critical services like telephone and even the nurse call systems that are used to care for their residents. DO NOT even consider taking anyone there as a resident and definitely do not deal with them as vendor. Update; Ownership now claims they are not responsible for contracts signed by previous ownership yet they continue to use the services on those contracts but do not pay for them. I have filed claims of fraud with the Missouri department of Sr Services. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS TO BE ADMITTED TO THIS FACILITY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS ARE ARE DEFRAUDING RESIDENTS AND VENDORS!
