If I could give any advice if you have any self respect find somewhere else to live We paid rent with the intention of moving in April 1st and couldn’t so that was over a grand just gone and we couldn’t even move in on time Upon moving in the cabinets were not attached to the wall and toilet were on the front porch We were promised a bigger unit at the beginning of June and still haven’t received after seeing others get moved In After us and no response when asked if we are still receiving it. And honestly we just want out of our lease at this point add in the leaking ceiling and mold and power going out everyday we are finished and would be content moving out at the end of the month after the lies.

I’ve been renting apartments for 5 years now and this is the worst complex I’ve ever lived in by far. We couldn’t even move in by our set move in date. And when we did move in, there was a toilet outside on our that i had to contact management to remove. On top of that, cabinets were not attached and there was painting supplies just laying around. To make matters worse, we were promised a bigger unit but we were put in a smaller one until the larger one was finished being renovated due to prior renters damage. 3 months into our lease, we have still not been placed in that unit and my roommate has been ignored by our landlord multiple times when trying to ask when we will be moved. Our power goes out frequently for no reason. We’ve had texts sent to us about removing things from our front porch, but yet our neighbors across from us let their two dogs defecate on their balcony and never clean it up. Yesterday, we found out there was mold in our apartment to top everything off. Would love to break our lease. Would not recommend to anyone especially for paying nearly a grand a month to live in a 2 bedroom run down tuna can.

I've been here for the past three years and I've never had anything good to say about it up until we recently got new owners, property manager, and handyman. Before we even moved in we noticed our apartment needed a new guardrail and ceiling fan among other things, every property manager we had in the past promised us they'd fix them.(for three years!) It's been two weeks since we let the new ones know about our issues and they've already been fixed. They really are trying to make Wimaca Oaks a better place to live.

Lived here for 8 months. Small apts, poor heating and a/c units, drafty windows and doors. Had a major sewage leak in the garages and they just opened the door to let it air out, porches & stairs all have loose and broken boards, manager said he was calling the police to have me banned because I was dog sitting for my mom while she was in the hospital and I wasn't on the lease all because she fell 2 weeks behind in rent (due to hospitalization), weeds are overgrown and laundry facilities rarely work properly.
