Sucked..dont go! Sloppy wet sticky cups handed to u w/ur shake thats nowhere near full!! NO whip topping no cherry not even straws given to us after ordering 3 lg shakes! BARELY any choc in choc shakes - they looked like vanilla..just SAD when u look forw to ice cream..

Pulled in the car space and asked a question, was told had 2 minutes to happy hour. Then at 2 when going to place the order, then was told was only doing drive thru, went to drive thru, placed order went to pay top wasn't on the drink so it spilled on me and inside car. DOD she fix a new one no, added soda wiped cup of and handed to me.

I visited this location today September 27, 2019 at 8:50 pm I waited in drive thru for the young girl to request to take my order, but heard nothing through her microphone. I see that there are 3 cars ahead so I take it she is trying to get her line down. I hollered into the mic no response, I honked my horn still no answer so all I could think was that the mic wasn't working. I pulled forward still waiting my turn once I get to there she tells me that she spoke through her mic, heard nothing, and turned her mic off, but all she could do for me is refer me to the stall and take my order that way since they are not allowed to take orders at the window in which I can understand, but is it right I now have to go to the stall and place my order that way??? Trust and believe I will not return to this location period.

I was completely embarrassed by one of the car waitresses when they brought the food there were no napkins at all and there was three of us. I call again to get napkins. She said she would get back to us. After 10 minutes of the food running down our arms I got out of the car to go get napkins my self. I get to the door and the young black girl confronted me with you cannot go in there our power is out. That does not have anything to do with napkins! NOT MY PROBLEM! How the hell did they make our food with no power? The same girl came out to the parking lot where myself 70 year old in-laws were sitting in the car eating and she was cussing up a storm on the phone! We left, and I was shocked that you would ask. I even talked to the manager and she did nothing but blame the power out. I DON'T UNDERSTAND!!
