Took my 52" hustler to get service, they called and told me I had a hydro pump that was testing weak so I said lets fix it and asked how much the pump would be. They did not have any instock and would have to order it so I asked that they call and let me know how much the pump was before ordering it. I was expecting around 300 for the pump plus hourly fees etc. Never heard back so I called 2 days later to find out how much the pump would run, they still didn't know, I asked again that they call me to let me know how much the pump was. Still no phone call to let me know how much the pump was, all I got was a call after 2 weeks telling me the mower was done and my bill was $900. WTF? Had they called me ahead of time I would have told them not to fix it right now, but they failed to do what I asked. So now they are holding my mower till I can pay the full amount. Needless I will never spend another dollar at this place. If you choose to visit Mow-Rite, I hope you don't get screwed like I did.
