      image Sad when the best thing on the table is the water, horchata was good. This was our favorite restaurant and favorite waitress Josie a couple of years ago. I think it changed hands and kept the name. The 1st visit we without Josie the food was okay , but the service sucked. We decided to give it another try, it's been well over a year. Nope, the service was a little better, but the food is not even close. The shrimp was low quality and lacked sauce. Even the cheese dip sucked, how do you screw up cheese dip? The rice was dry and flavorless. The prices are ridiculous for the quality. Should have known at 12:20 and only one table had three folks eating.
      What a shame, another one bites the dust.
