Im an older physician who has had several firms prepare my taxes. I have never had a more seamless experience. Debbie Cook extracted information from my Quickbooks online and had the return ready with the least hassle Ive experienced in 30 years. My previous firm was unfamiliar with tax credits for pandemic, but this firm was up to date. AND they are much less expensive than any of my former firms. Win Win. I am almost hesitant to post this because I want Debbie for myself. All you people out there ask for someone else. I think the whole crew is capable

Lack of communication. Do not recommend for those who own businesses. They start out great, then do not communicate. Huge turn over In their front desk staff, all of which have been uneducated in tax preparation and unable to follow the same workflow. After 4 years of being a loyal client, they failed to communicate to MAJOR items and we are taking our business elsewhere.
