Ok service, but they somehow switched our Google accounts, so my number was under my girlfriend's Google account, vise versa, and they could not fix it after they messed it up. All they could say was "sorry, we don't know what to do". So now our accounts are jacked up. Did nothing to try and help make it right. So yeah, personally I'd pay, and I'm gonna pay for a different more expensive service I guess. It's true what they say, you get what you pay for... I don't normally post bad reviews, but this one did me in.

My husband bought his phone Friday afternoon of last week. It was the only one they had in stock so he had no other options when he accidentally ran over his old phone. He had the phone from Friday to Thursday (today) when he tried to return it. They would not accept it back with no damage in less than a week like they had implied. Also we have the receipt from his old phone through boost showing he was paying for insurance and they said he didn't thats why he had to pay for the new phone out of pocket. I am sorry but if you can go anywhere else for phone service I suggest doing that instead.
