Slip and Fall Case took over 3 1/2 years and lifelong scar on the face for my son and after 60% and fees to them (40% commission because he filled suit and another 20% in fees) the settlement was VERY LOW. less then I make a month working. So do your due diligence and research. Lawyer was nice but result was very poor. Just a waste.

I feel I have the right to give my review even though they think I don't. I had a slip and fall 3 years ago I called them right away I was referred to them at first they had a female lawyer in the office handling my case who had all the pictures of the witnesses took and sent to my phone but she no longer worked there so they said they lost my pictures. The store where it happened reviewed their camera and admitted it was their fault after watching. For 3 years I could barely get a phone call back from a lawyer there about my case I would have to call several times. I thought I was treated very poorly I guess because mine was just a slip and fall. When I first spoke with them they said that they felt my case was worth over $300,000 I ended up with the Total 27,000 and I only got 10,500 even they got more than me. I could not walk for close to two years I had to use a bath chair just to be able to take a shower I would get stuck in the middle of a store and could not walk I'm suffering in pain constantly but my case was not important to them. They showed no feelings at all for me.they don't know what it's like to suffer in pain. So I ended up only getting a total of 10,500 and then they tried to take out another 2,500 and when I asked why he acted like he did not know why he could not give me a straight answer he just sat there dumbfounded with no answers when I was sitting there crying. Have you seen a pain doctor and had to see a chiropractor every two weeks I got shots in my back every two weeks and still it was not worth anything to them. I made a review already and I was basically personally asked to remove it when they were giving me my other 2500 that they promised me..my pain I suffer with meant nothing to them how I suffered meant nothing. But they can post how they got someone $175,000 for a slip and fall and others..again I was treated terrible I cried almost every time I got off the phone with them.. they wanted me to settle for the 27,000 I didn't want to..so to them my case went from them saying they feel my case is worth over 300,000 to I should just take the 27,000 but u will only get $7000 they said at first ..I was shocked..cried..mentally shocked.. everybody around me that knows what I went through and all the pain I suffered cannot believe I only ended up with $10,500...MR.SUMNER WHY WAS MY PAIN NOT WORTH AS MUCH ????
