Had a great time on the Tagalong Party Bus! We were a group of 37 people, the bus was a little cozy, but had that party bus vibe! Very happy with the service as well! Our driver actually got caught up in traffic on his way to pick us up. Set us back 30 minutes but they reimbursed us for our lost time by extending the ride later than we had originally booked! Will most definitely be using this company again!

We were picked up promptly, drivers stayed in constant contact. Deposits were received back as promised. Juan was very nice to work with would definitely hire again. Thank you for helping make our day special!

I had a bit of an odd experience with Tagalong because the communication was lacking (in my opinion). I signed the contract, but the direction on how/when to make the deposit was confusing and didn't get paid. I made the reservation about a month before our event and didn't hear anything back. I followed-up with the company about a week before the event via email and didn't hear anything back. Five days before our Saturday event, I followed up again through the chat feature on the website. I got a response, it will quickly became apparent that they had booked someone else for the day. I requested a phone call and it took a while to get a call back. I'm taking a star off because I really think they could have communicated better and just let me know they hadn't received a deposit after I'd signed the contract instead of just booking someone else. But perhaps I just missed how the deposit should have worked. In any event, I do give the company a lot of credit because they could have just left it at "well, you didn't pay the deposit so sorry", but they didn't do that. The owner reached out to other party bus companies to find someone that had availability. In the end, we were connected with Majic Party Bus and everything went smoothly and we had a great time. So, again, Tagalong could have been better with the communication, but they did end up helping find a replacement, so I give them a lot of credit for that.
