The absolute worst company to work for. The owner thinks it's okay to cut corners and put his workers in danger, all the equipment is old and breaking down, and the owner also puts his hands on his employees, nobody to report it to because there is no HR department. According to the "VP" of the company, when you get hired, you should expect to be yelled at constantly. If you ever need a day to see the doctor, you will be berated for getting sick or hurt. If you need to attend a funeral, Larry (the owner) will laugh at you for crying and say insensitive things about the deceased. He pays all his employees salary and purposefully works them over 40 hours every week so he doesn't have to pay overtime. There's no room for advancement, you will only learn to do the things more tenured employees don't want to do. If you are a prospective customer, I would highly suggest looking for another company to do the job for you, especially if you want it done in a timely manner.

The owner of this company thinks it is okay to physically and emotionally abuse his employees. The majority of the work he does and practices that he employs are illegal. He lets tenured employees squat at the company shop, with stray animals, in less than humane conditions and makes the rest of the company clean the "apartment" when the city comes to inspect the property. He pays salary and forces employees to work 3/4 hours of overtime every day 5 days a week with no compensation. The owner of this company takes advantage of people, abuses his workers and disrespects his clientele. If you are looking to hire this company, I suggest looking elsewhere if you want your work done on time and legally.
