I originally started my kitchen and 2 bath renovation with another contractor but they did not finish anything they started and actually did more damage to my home than what was already there to begin with. After interviewing multiple companies to fix the original disaster I decided to go with John (Jewel Remodeling) and they did not disappoint!!
They finished ahead of schedule and the workmanship was above and beyond what I had expected. I am for ever grateful to John and his crew for taking the bad situation I was in and turning into such a memorable experience. I would highly recommend John for any home remodeling needs !!!

John originally bid a small project on my house. After meeting him, then seeing the quality of his work, I ended up signing contracts for about $40k worth of rehabbing with him. Demo, new deck, retaining walls, driveway, refinishing hardwood floors, new interior and exterior doors, wood work, new front porch, plumbing, new drywall and drywall repair, new bathroom fixtures, electrical work and more. He is a very good general contractor, is able to get his subs scheduled efficiently and moves quickly. If he said the guys would be at my house, they were there. His bids were all competitive - I got more than one bid for just about every project. The one time I thought I'd save myself a bit of money by using someone else, I got stiffed. I'd definitely work with John and Jewell Remodeling again.

I hired John with Jewell Remodeling to do my room addition. We had been burned before using another contractor and John listened to our needs and the project was completed without any problems. He and his crew did a beautiful job. I will be hiring him again to do my sunroom.

I have a small 10 x 10 kitchen and as of today June 23 2019 it still is not complete. Hired Jewell Remodeling on December 20th, 2018. Since that time, we have been disappointed with the work and timeliness of the work provided. The work has taken significantly longer than initially promised, has contained materials that were not agreed to, we have been misled on several occasions, the work performed contains serious problems and they have continued to ignore attempts to resolve these issues. Another issue of fraudulent charges and inability to explain how our money was spent. Bad business practices and procedures. Please do not use this company.

We recently had JRPM do 3 different projects for us. A new mailbox instal + concrete platform for a planted pot, 3 new exterior doors and storm doors and a main level laundry closet. I can't say enough how pleased we are with all the work the guys did!! Wayne, John and all the guys kept great communication with us on what we wanted, gave an extremely competitive bid followed with amazing workmanship! We're already planning on having them update 2 bathrooms and our kitchen this coming year.
