Was already in a lease that got transferred to this company and was the worst experience Ive ever had, they tricked me into signing a lease saying it was the same as before only it wasnt, what it included I would never have agreed to was quarterly inspections of my home, there was no grace period to pay rent, and when it came to moving out I was forced to let people come into my personal space to look at the home and I was highly against it and had no choice, I had lived there 4 years before this happened, so I moved out strictly because I couldnt stand this company treating me like a child. Do yourself a favor and dont rent from them, or read the fine print and debate first because Ive never even heard of those types of obligations from any rental Ive ever had in 40 years across America

Attempting to utilize their online system to schedule showings of rental properties. Encountering a variety of technical glitches. Have called, no response yet.
INITIAL RATING: 2 STARS
UPDATE: Called the number provided in the response. We were successfully connected to an agent who identified properties to view that met our criteria and scheduled showings. Thank you! This helped us orient to a new community. This is what I would expect of a property management company attempting to locate potential tenants. Therefore increased rating to 4 stars. Move is still 30+ days out, so still looking. Hope to be able to increase the rating further.
