They do the job right! Not only do they help through the insurance process they did it legally with help from the NIRC. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had Tim from Olneya come out and inspect my roof, he discovered issues that we had no idea were going on and showed pictures too. These issues were the kinds of thing an insurance adjuster would never see, but once shown would cause the adjustor to be forced to approve a claim. Tim also took the time to answer all my questions and sit down with me, which I appreciated.

I worked for the company and completely got screwed over. Prior to coming aboard they said they released all the previous sales staff because of them not preforming there jobs. While in the middle of training they fired the sales manager that trained me and 2 others. I began to see an unsettling pattern. Once I was able to run appointments on my own I was able to close the majority of my appointments and collect half of the total cost up front. When it came time to pay me my commission, they released me with some B/S excuse. (Said they thought I'd cost them money. Not that I had yet on any jobs I sold but somehow they could look into the future). During that time I had 6 deals they owed me for with one being a commercial job. By letting me go they stated they didn't have to pay me my commissions. They'll have you drive all over town, put there advertisement on your car and then screw you out of what you honestly earned. Oh and they don't pay you for all that either. Anyone that's thinking of going to work for them please reconsider. They don't care at all about hurting you and your family to steal what you are owed. You've been warned.
