Subway is about promoting health and it was very awful and disappointing when I paid for my $10 sandwich because they're not $6 anymore I asked for a cup of water and the employees told me know that they were told by the owner which is apparently a cheapskate that free water is not allowed and if you like a cup of water it was an extra $2 very disappointed how ridiculous....

Super rude employees!! Refused to give us a cup for water in 97 degree weather and told us to use our soda cup for water or we should pay for water! I regret giving them a big tip (they ask for tip when you’re checking out). All in all, a terrible place and we’d never come back to this store.

Seriously, this restaurant needs to hire workers who can read. I do the mobile order. First time, I ordered roasted chicken. In the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS section, I instructed, HEAT CHICKEN, DO NOT TOAST BREAD. So what happens? They toasted the bread, hard as a brick!! Second time, in SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS, I posted, MICROWAVE CHICKEN DO NOT TOAST BREAD. HEAT CHICKEN DO NOT TOAST BREAD. I CAN NOT EXPRESS THIS HARD ENOUGH! So, what happens? Bread not toasted FROZEN CHICKEN!! Are they purposely messing with me? Reporting this Subway to the BBB!

How is it that you order a specific sandwich and the 3rd thing to do is add cheese and they couldn't even remember to add my cheese. 4 sandwiches and you forget the cheese on one?
