We called South Side Roofing when we had problems with roof/gutter/water leaking at our previous home, and were so impressed that we used their services again when problems arose at our new home. Both times they were prompt, professional, and did not overcharge. They quickly assessed the issues and did a great job of communicating to us what needed to be done in a way that made sense, very transparent form beginning to end. Southside used to be my go-to roofer back in the 90’s when I was managing property. They were great and I could recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Today, I need a roofer for my own home and all you get is an answering service. They get your name/number/email(?) then don’t call you back. I regret sharing my information with them as now I’m afraid it will be part of a database. Don’t waste your time.

Called and left my information with the receptionist. Never heard back, seems to be the norm with roofers these days.
