From the first moment I called Dry Masters at 2:15 am (due to a backed up and flooding basement) and actually talked to the owner, who told me what I should do in terms of HVAC and hot water heater use, I knew I had found the right company. I called back at 9:00 am after the rain stopped, as directed, and Mike Sr (the owner) texted my info to Mike Jr (it's a family business) who was at my house within 45 minutes with his team. The backup and water was cleared, the floor cleaned, and damaged items removed. The HVAC and water heater were restored to working order, antifungal sprayed to prevent mold, and the drying out process began. Mike Jr came back in 2 days to ensure the floor was dry and remove the fans. He had a plumber return to finish up some work removing roots from the pipes. A last pass with the camera to make sure the roots have been addressed is scheduled. There have been no surprises about the cost and extra effort has been provided at no extra charge. Every step of the way, Mike Jr and the entire team at Dry Masters communicated clearly and consistently, were respectful, answered my many questions, and addressed what was, for me, a stressful situation. Their commitment to customer service is exceptional. I would highly recommend Dry Masters for anyone requiring water or sewer damage cleanup and repair!

Mike did exactly what he said he was gonna do. My basement flooded him and his guys was there on time to fix my horrible situation and had my home back normal in better time then i expected. Very knowledge and made my disaster very easy
