We had 5 glass block windows installed in our basement. The installers came when they were scheduled and were very professional. Our windows look great, and our basement is much warmer and brighter now!

Had some leaking from one of our glass block windows. Had a Tuckpointer do some work, but still leaked. Called Glass block to come do a service call on the window and waterproofing. Took them a month to make the visit. The gentleman who came said his ladder didnt reach that high after looking and then he left with no follow up. Before making the appointment, the owner came out to look at the window from the ground, so he knew it was a second floor window. Its like they didnt want the business or to try and help. Terrible customer service and all around lack of interest and care.
