As A Business Owner Myself, One Thing Ill Always Hate, Is Being Lied To. Cant Say Anything About Purchasing A Car Here, But If Youre Looking To Sell, Go Somewhere Else. Made The Biggest Mistake Selling My 2024 To This Dealership. But Thats Apart Of Being A Salesman I Guess. Take As Much As You Can & Lie In The Process So You Can Get What You Want. Thank You For This Lesson! Yall Are A Complete Joke, The Unprofessionalism Is Unbelievable. Huge Waste Of Time & Money. Reply To Response: I Know EXACTLY What Happened. Fully Aware Of The Lien As Im The One Who Took The Loan Out. The Correct Information Was NOT Relayed Properly, Point Blank Period. You All Also Made Absolutely NO CONTACT With Me After Telling One Thing & Not Being Able To Make It Happen. Thats What Is Unprofessional, Your Response Is Hilarious. Again As A Business Owner This Was Inappropriate & Unprofessional. I Dont Need A Reminder About The Check. I Will Most Definitely Be There To Pick It Up. No Worries.

If you'd like a dealership who will thoroughly inspect, and fix, their pre-owned vehicle inventory... This is the place for you! (Just make sure the loan has been paid off first, and they already have the title. Or you'll be waiting passed the deadline to register your vehicle.) As an added bonus, for anime fans, ask for Ryan Wanski. In between discussing business, you can weeb out together over a vast variety of anime. Anime is life, so who could ask for more? Not only did he talk nerdy with us, he also stayed past his shift to assist us every step of the way. (Sorry Mrs. Wanski! ) Good business means everyone involved walks away happy. UPDATE: It's officially been 2 weeks since the trade. I have yet to receive my paperwork and check in the mail. It's really crazy to me that I'm going to have to make another payment, on a car I sold to the dealership 2 weeks ago... UPDATE: Sale/Trade happened on December 14th, today is now February 4th. I still have NOT received my title paperwork. The dealership contacted me February 5th saying they have it all, it's to be overnighted to me. Captains log, the date is February 8th... Finally got my paperwork in the mail. Thanks to Ryan (the real MVP and only reason y'all have any left) I received my check on January 11th. I totally get that this process takes time, but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to deduce the method used here is not efficient. Nor is it taking any consideration for buyers. You SHOULD NOT list a vehicle for sale when you've just gotten it in on trade. It should be inspected first, otherwise how would the value be determined? While repairs are going on, the loan gets paid off, and the titling paperwork gets going. THAT'S why I had to wait so long for my title, not because: "The process can take a while." The business put the wagon before the horse.

I went in for a possible trade in on a Nissan after having several people recommend going to a Nissan dealer. I had previously been to another dealership who offered me $15,000 but due to this car being recently bought I am negative equity so people had recommended Nissan to see if I could get more out of my car. I had Paul as my salesman and he questioned me multiple times on why I wanted to trade in my car. After telling him multiple times I wanted an suv he then questioned me on why I wanted one after I originally called and told them I was interested in a gmc terrain. He showed me 2 different suvs which I didnt like (because I liked the terrain) and questioned me each time on why I didnt like the suv he showed me. I felt like he acted like I was crazy each time I said I didnt like something. This was after I had explained to him I was trading because I didnt like the car I bought. He then tried to get me to run my credit without telling me how much they appraised my car for. (Which was $,1,000 less than other dealer). I told him I wanted to know how much theyd take my car for and he told me the price theyd take it for and I said no thank you since its less than what others offered. I was very uncomfortable with how much he questioned me. He also constantly had to ask his manager questions. Even when I didnt like the car he showed me I asked to see other cars and he had to ask his manager which car he could show me.

Good morning. We take these matters very seriously. The car you sold to us had a lien on it, so this process takes added time. We only just received the necessary lien release document and have cut the check for any remaining money due to you and that check is ready for pickup. Please keep in mind per your call with our Sales Manager, the check must be picked up by you (the person on the check).

Thank you so much Laura D for the 4 Stars and great review. We are glad you are happy and received such a great experience while Ryan Wanski went above and beyond to see you through every step of the process. We know he appreciate you and we all thank you for choosing Springfield Auto. Enjoy that new car. Updated 1/10/24: Our sincerest apologies for the delay. Ryan will be reaching out to you soon. We are able to go ahead and get your check cut. It will be ready for you tomorrow - I believe Ryan is planning to bring it to you. The paperwork will be a bit longer as we are waiting on the lien release from the bank which can take up to 30 days following the payoff, which was 12/20. We will let you know as soon as we receive that. And as stated earlier, we will pay any late registration fees you incur as a result of this.
