My mom is 86 years old and went in to get help with her phone yesterday, 7/5/22. She doesnt understand everything technical but she tries to keep the phone to communicate with her kids and grandkids. She was working with Kyler who treated her with such disrespect. He was frustrated with her and yelling at her and she said please lower your voice and dont talk to me that way. He also told her if another customer came in she would have to wait while he helped them. She said she would not wait because she is a customer too. I called today, 7/6/22 and asked to speak to a manager. He said he was there and he observed the whole thing and said Kyler could have handled it better but said he didnt yell at her. Total outright lie!! First off, my mom is not hard of hearing, just technologically challenged. Second, people have no respect for elderly people anymore and its ridiculous and shameful. Aaron said he couldnt do anything or talk to Kyler bc Kyler is his boss. What a sad world we live in when a disrespectful, hateful, unhelpful person is the boss and treating customers so poorly. You, Kyler are a pathetic excuse for a boss and what comes around goes around. Shame on you and shame on T Mobile for having you in a position of authority. She wont be back to your store ever.

Staff was still very friendly and eager to assist despite the upper 90 temp inside store. Insane that Corporate keeps staff working those conditions.

Trash wasted my time then tried to get me to spend more money they should really put all of the information of the promo in the promo such a shame just wanted to upgrade my grandmother and grandfather's phone
